Applications for trading at The Cornbury Music Festival 2015 are now open! Please read the following information before applying:
The markets at The Cornbury Music Festival form an integral part of the enjoyment of the festival. We are looking for original, quality stalls, which are presented and serve customers in a friendly and fun manner.
The Festival takes place on a beautiful site at Great Tew over 3 days – Friday 10th, Saturday 11th and Sunday 12th July 2015.
Should your application be successful, you will need to let us know when you will be arriving to set up. Slots available will be Tuesday 7th July pm, Wednesday 8th am and Wednesday 8th pm. You will be expected to trade from Midday to Midnight on the Friday, and 9am to Midnight on Saturday and Sunday.
There will be NO VEHICLE movement allowed in the arena until 8am on Monday 13th July.
If you are unable to set up on either Tuesday or Wednesday, or need to exit the arena in a vehicle before Monday at 8am please do NOT apply to trade.
As always, we will attempt to keep ‘overlap’ to a minimum, so that traders are not in direct competition with each other. However, please understand that there may be some items on offer from more than one stand. Traders must only sell goods specified in their application at the price specified. Any changes to the application form must be made in writing to the Festival Office at least 2 weeks prior to the festival.
The charge for stalls is £120 (plus VAT) per metre or part metre stall frontage. For example, a stall with a 3 metre frontage will cost £360 plus VAT, whilst a stall with a 3.2 metre frontage will cost £480 plus VAT (ie. you would pay for a 4m frontage). Please remember that VAT is 20%!
If your application is successful, you will only be allocated the space that you have asked and paid for, so when filling in the application form, please be ACCURATE with your pitch measurements. Please INCLUDE any space required for your vehicles, or any space needed either side of your stall in your measurements. If your stall is 3m wide but you need to spill part of another metre either side, then you will need to pay for 4m. There will be virtually no space for tents behind pitches but camping is available (free of charge) on the main campsite. Pitch depth is 10 metres – we will NOT accept any applications where the stall depth is greater than 10 metres.
A 16amp power supply will be provided to each pitch, free of charge.

Application forms must be completed by Friday 20th March 2015. Successful applicants will be contacted by email after this date, and will subsequently be required to send a cheque for the full amount according to the size of their stall. Full payment will be required by Friday 1st May at the very latest.
