THE PRETENDERS CONFIRMED TO PLAY CORNBURY OXFORD MUSIC FESTIVAL 2006

Incendiary rock band, The Pretenders have confirmed they will be playing the Cornbury Oxford Music Festival, which takes place on the 8th and 9th of July on the spectacular grounds of Cornbury Park near Oxford. 2005 Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Inductees The Pretenders will play Sunday's main stage along with a diverse range of artists including Texas, Nerina Pallot, Robyn Hitchcock & The Minus 3 and The Dualers.

Tickets for this perfect summer weekend are available now and cost £40 per day and £70 for the weekend. They can be purchased via the website www.cornburyfestival.com or by calling the ticket hotline on 0870118 1636. Kids under ten get in for the princely sum of nothing.
